Matt Zanis, PT, DPT, OCS, ATC, CSCS, CF-L1

Matt is a former baseball catcher and an avid outdoorsman. He worked with Division 1 basketball, football, and track and field at the University of Pittsburgh, along with the Pittsburgh Pirates and Arizona Cardinals organizations. Received a Bachelors in Athletic Training from the University of Pittsburgh in 2011 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University in 2014. Is board certified in Orthopedics and is a Fellow through the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. Currently, he owns and operates his performance therapy practice in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Matt specializes in analyzing movement patterns, improving mobility, sport specific strength and conditioning, and alleviating pain through manual therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue work, mobilizations/manipulations, and dry needling. Matt is passionate about helping prevent injury in athletes through education, correction of movement patterns, rehabilitation after injury, and improving the performance of his athletes in life and sport.
